Great service
I've been with InMotion for about a year already. So far had no difficulties neither with my shared hosting plan, nor with VPS. And support is great, I had a few questions dealing with VPS and with their efficient help I managed everything quickly and without effort.
 
The best webhost ever.
I've been with this guys for 3 years. If you are unsatisfied with this hosting provider it's likely that you won't be satisfied with enyone else. I'm a web developer and the webhost I choose really matters, my reputation depends on it a lot. InMotion has proven to be an excellent web hosting company to work with. I have had a shared hosting and my own private server with them, and there's never been a problem or question their support didn't help me with. I highly recommend this guys to those ho need reliable webhost with low cost. Good, but not without problems.
BlueHost is a fine webhost at general, the service is rather good, but they sometimes shut my site down without any notification. I once had one database in mysql dropped suddenly. I asked a backup, a week later they answered they are not responsible of backup. So, I lost my database!
 
Great host
I'm with BlueHost for 3 years already. I have to say they get better and better. I never had any major problems. All my questions are always answered by support team. They are just great, that's it. Great tech support.
My site was once hacked. Every visitor was re-directed to an "anti virus" site - showing all kinds of hardware and software errors. I submitted a ticket explaining my problem, and after a phone call, my site was running normally. So th tech support is really very great. I truly appreciate the quick and helpful service. That kind of service is missing from some web hosting providers.

There's not enough words to express how pleased I am with Hostmonster. The cost of the service is a bit higher than at other webhosts but it's still affordable. At the same time you get quality software for your web hosting needs. The best part is the tech support. I have found the tech support to be very knowledgeable as well as professional and friendly. I have no problems at all
I've been a Hostmonster customer for almost 6 months. The service has been outstanding so far. The cPanel is very comfortable and easy to use, it has all the options I need to run my site. The speed is great, and I have not noticed any downtime during the 6 months I've been their customer. I never needed their customer support, but they did call me shortly after I purchased my two year plan to ask if everything was going ok. I highly recommend this hosting provider to everyone. There is no perfect webhost out there
I have been with Globat for years. Yes, there have been times when the server has gone down and there are times when the php database is slower than usual, and yes - the auto-renewal emails are a bit annoying. But I challenge everyone to recommend a host that NEVER has a problem, never experiences issues with server performance. As for technical support and service, I have only good experience with the live chat guys. I highly recommend Globat for price, reliability and customer support.
 
Great Price and Quality.
I ordered my web hosting service through globat and I have to say I'm a satisfied business customer. It took only half an hour to get everything up and running, since I already had a domain name. I tried their template site builder but it did not work for what I needed, so I called their custom web design guys for advice, after a detailed discussion I bought a full, custom designed web site package. On top of it all, I got 3 additional years of web hosting with my purchase, isn't that an outstanding deal? They dumped my site
I’v been with yahoo for 2 years, they discontinued the plan I was using out of the blue without letting me know. My site is now gone and I have to re-do it from the scratch! What a poor customer service and company policy!
 
It’s good for newbies.
I used Yahoo hosting before, but I canceled. They do not support PHP, MySQL, and other stuffs that you need to develop successful websites. The uptime is good and their customer service too, but Yahoo does not offer professional hosting. They are good just for newbies. Brilliante
I’ve been with dot5 for more than a year already. I have 4 domains with them. and I believe they are absolutely fantastic. I never had a single problem, not even a minor one! I had to call my previous webhost’s support dozens times a day, with dot5 I can hardly remember even one time I had to call them. I definitely recommend dot5 to everyone.
 
Professional Service
My experience with Dot5hosting has been totally positive so far. Brilliant service and features plus incredible dedication to providing a truly good web hosting service. They have everything you could possibly need: stable service, reasonable prices, good support. Probably the only downside I experienced was the few problems I had with MySQL database connection, but support helped me fix it fast. I have 4 websites hosted with them for more than two years. Well, I definitely recommend this webhost. Not reliable
I signed with LunarPages about a month ago. My site has been unreachable during 4 days now, and it still is down. I submitted two tickets but the tech service is doing nothing to solve the issue. What is the use of cheap web space when nobody can visit it?...
 
Not good any more
Few years ago LunarPages was a good value for what you got. Unfortunately, in past few years the reliability began to suffer and the support became awful. Although they lowered the monthly fee & increased allowed disk space & bandwidth, they have adopted some dramatic limits of what you can run of a shared server site. This webhost not as good as it used to be. I'm disappointed
I produce a website for my small business. We have used GoDaddy for years and have been pleased with their technical support. However, few days ago I received an email from them notifying me that we can no longer keep any files on the server that are not directly linked to the website. Meaning all of the personal files, project file backups, etc we were either storing or trading via the server had to be deleted. It's outrageous and there's nothing we can do about it. GoDaddy told us to go find another hosting company. And I'll do just that, find a better webhost.
 
Good hosting company
I just registered at godaddy. Very good customer service, fast reply and clear instructions. Hosting performance is great. I think I'll be just as pleased with this webhost as the time will pass. Though the control panel isn't as easy to use as I hoped it to be. Not good any more
I have had 5 domains hosted with Powweb for the past 6 years. Powweb was a great host once. Unfortunately they are not any more. The reliability is now pitiful and it takes multiple support contacts to even have them acknowledge that there is a problem. Either an email server or web server fails every month. Tech support is very poor, they seem to know nothing at all. I have migrated 3 of my domains away. The pricing is low, so is the quality.
 
Horrible.
I've been with Powweb for just a few months and it has been a horrible experience. Since the very beginning I've been experiencing incredibly slow load times on any site using mysql. And things have steadily gotten worse ever since. This month my site has been down more than 50% of the time. And when to talk to tech support they try to blame the problem on you. I never has a worst hosting provider.
